Countess Leonore Marie Irene Enrica van Oranje-Nassau, Jonkvrouwe van Amsberg was born 3 June 2006, as the third child and 2nd daughter of Prince Constantijn & Princess Laurentien. She was baptized on 8 October 2006, with the following as her godparents:

  • Queen Maxima of the Netherlands (her paternal aunt)
  • Marius Brinkhorst (maternal uncle)
  • Juliana Guillermo (maternal cousin of her father)
  • Jean-Charles, Count Ullens de Schooten Whettnall


She resides in Belgium, where her parents work. It's likely she attends a Dutch school there.

Upon the abdication of her grandmother in April, she and her siblings ceased to be members of the Royal House, but remain in line for the throne. When their cousin, Princess Catharina-Amalia inherits the throne, she will no longer have succession rights.
