Her middle names, Fabiola, Victoria, Anne, and Marie come from various relatives and close friends of the family- Fabiola for her great-aunt Queen Fabiola, Victoria for her godmother Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, Anne for her maternal grandmother Countess Anna d'Udekem d'Acoz and Marie for her the second name of her maternal grandmother (and it's tradition in Catholic Royals after the Virgin Mary).
