Upon thier marriage, Lili was given the title Her Royal and Imperial Highness Elisabetta, Archduchess of Austria-Este,  Hereditary Princess of Modena, Princess Imperial of Austria, Princess Royal of Hungary and Bohemia. It is presumably that since Belgium is currently undergoing "routine affairs", that her nomination by royal decree as Princess of Belgium is currently pending, but expected to eventually be approved.
