Princess Cecilia Maria Johanna Beatrix of Bourbon-Parma was born 17 October 2013 as the younger daughter of Prince Carlos of Bourbon-Parma, Duke of Parma and Piacenza & Princess Annemarie of Bourbon-Parma, Duchess of Parma and Piacenza {Source}. She has three siblings, an older paternal half-brother and older sister as well as a younger brother:
  1. Carlos Hugo Roderik Sybren Klynstra de Bourbon-Parma (1997)
  2. Princess Luisa Irene Constance Anna Maria of Bourbon-Parma (2012)
  3. Prince Carlos Enrique, Hereditary Prince of Bourbon-Parma (2016)
